Image Rights Agreement
The www.classicdslr.com website (the “Website”) sells downloadable digital images subject to terms and conditions of usage.
This document governs the terms and conditions under which you may purchase, download and use images and forms a legal agreement between Classic DSLR and you, your company, your employer, your client and the end user of any image, as the case may be, (collectively referred to herein as “you”).
Classic DSLR represents that it owns all rights and requisite authority to the content, including copyrights.
You represent and warrant that:
- You will not use Content in any way that is not permitted by this agreement.
- Information You provide to classicdslr.com is accurate and true, including without limitation all payment and billing information
Subject to the terms herein, Classic DSLR grants you a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, non-transferable permission to reproduce and display downloaded content for personal use only!
Upon receipt of full payment from you, Classic DSLR will grant you:
- a permission to share the image by transferring the file containing the image to other persons, including any end user, to enable the reproduction (printing) and display (mounting on canvas) of the image, provided that such persons will have no other whatsoever rights to use the image in any way;
- a permission to use it as home decoration, wall murals/art and personal prints
You may not, under any circumstances:
- loan, rent, share, transfer or grant any rights to the image to any person or organization without the prior written consent of Classic DSLR including, without limitation, for any compilation, derivative or collective work containing such image.
- sell, resell, license, sublicense, rent, loan or otherwise transfer or distribute the image in such a way that permits other persons to extract, download or access the image as a stand-alone file;
- provide the image as a downloadable product to other persons for any purposes whatsoever;
- use the image to compete with Classic DSLR in the business of selling downloadable images to other persons.
- use the image in any printed consumer merchandise for wholesale or retail distribution
- use the image in any electronic template or application, including (without limitation) those that are Internet-based, where the purpose is to create multiple impressions of an electronic or printed product on demand, including, but not limited to, retail novelty items (t-shirts, posters, etc.) website designs, presentation templates, electronic greeting cards, business cards or any other electronic or printed matter.
- You may not make the image accessible to any other person across a network or permit or enable any other person (including, for the avoidance of doubt, any other person at your company or work environment) to copy, store or use the image in any way.
Copyright
The purchased image is and will remain the exclusive property and copyright of ClassicDSLR. Classic DSLR’s copyright notice and image identification codes which appear in the image file must remain with your digital copy of the image at all times.
Refunds Policy
Our goal at Classis DSLR Cameras is your complete satisfaction with your purchase therefore our refund policy is very simple…:
“100 percent satisfaction or 100 percent money back.”
We strive to make sure that all our customers are happy. This means that if there is any problems with your purchase we will address the issue in a timely manner, usually within 24 hours of receiving an email for support. Please send support email to info@classicdslr.com regarding your order.
If you purchased a photo and did not receive a download link we will send you a link manually via email. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to info@classicdslr.com within 7 days from the order placing date. Otherwise the product will be considered received and downloaded;
If the image purchased does not meet your expectations for any reason, then upon your request, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price paid.To request a refund, please contact us at info@classicdslr.com. We also are happy to exchange any images in your desire to make your walls happy.
Termination of Agreement
The permissions and restrictions are in force until terminated by ClassicDSLR. If you do not comply with the terms and conditions, then the permission will automatically terminate and you and any end user must cease using the respective image(s) immediately.
